In October 2025, we purchased the Test Expert device from Wegamed, which was advertised as being capable of testing up to 6,000 items within the human organism. In reality, according to the installed Excel database, the system contained 5,300 items.
Rewritten English Version – Wegamed Experience (Fully Rephrased)
Our experience with Wegamed and their devices has been, at the very least, confusing. Years ago, in the late 1990s, the first public advocate for this type of technology was Dr. Martin Šabat from Jilemnice (Czech republic). At that time, he was working with an early predecessor of the Test Expert — the Vega device — which relied on physical ampoules and measurements taken along meridian pathways. According to Dr. Šabat, this older system was significantly more complicated and far less precise.

After more than a decade of intensive use, he eventually replaced his original machine with a newer model. I distinctly remember him saying that the borreliosis data had been added to his card retrospectively. Based on everything he described, I have long suspected that the management behind the company before about 2010 was completely different from today. My personal belief is that when he purchased his second Test Expert device, he likely transferred the same VD card from the old machine to the new one. I simply cannot explain it any other way.
Receiving the Device and First Impressions
The Test Expert unit was delivered to our home by courier. It came with accessories intended for energetic testing, and it supposedly included some basic therapeutic functions — something we were never able to verify.
The company arranged an online installation session. During this call, the representative installed the software: a patient database that allowed pathological values to be recorded with a single press of the measurement pen. This part worked as described.
We also received a USB stick containing a basic instruction manual and a short operational guide. Together they amounted to roughly 100 pages of relatively sparse PDF text. When compared to other manufacturers — such as TimeWaver, which freely distributes over 1,000 pages of detailed manuals, or Biorezonanz3000, which regularly provides free training — the documentation from Wegamed felt extremely limited. Similarly, when I requested materials from BICOM back in 2017, their support was excellent: friendly, thorough, and quick to answer questions. The difference is striking.

Training and Attempted Testing
During the installation call, the Wegamed representative demonstrated how to use the measurement pen. We were instructed to apply very light pressure to the acupuncture point — enough to light up three or four LEDs — and aim for a reading of around 80% on the scale.
For the next two days, my partner and I tested each other extensively. We performed roughly 2,000 individual measurements, trying different areas and conditions. Despite her severe pollen allergies and my missing tonsils — conditions that should have produced at least some deviation — the device displayed the same readings every time. No fluctuations, no changes, nothing that resembled a meaningful measurement. Testing for borreliosis, which was the primary reason we purchased the device, was entirely impossible. That core requirement simply could not be fulfilled.
Attempting Refunds and Negotiating a Solution
We initially tried to arrange a refund and return the Test Expert unit. This attempt failed. As an alternative solution, we asked whether the company would be willing to exchange the testing device for a therapeutic model — the Wegamed Med Select. Since this machine is similar in function to the BICOM systems, we thought at least we might start a small bioresonance practice in the Czech Republic and generate some income.
Those ampoules are the samples which probably mentione Dr. Moelney 🙂

The upgrade required an additional payment of around €3,300. No discount was offered. In total, we ended up paying €15,700 for the equipment.
As of November 11, 2025, we are waiting for delivery of the replacement device from Essen and hoping that it will at least allow us to work with clients.
The Black Friday Twist
A week later, an email from Wegamed announced a Black Friday sale — a 20% discount on all devices. The timing could not have been more telling. It became clear that the company, and particularly the head of sales, Marc Lockman, recognized our lack of experience with the original device and our difficulty applying it in practice. Rather than offering guidance or flexibility, they applied the highest price possible. Given our uncertain situation, we ultimately had no choice but to accept it.
