Overview

We are offering a Med Select therapeutic system from Wegamed GmbH. The device is essentially new — it was unpacked, tested once, and stored.
It is the latest 2025 generation, purchased in December 2025.

The Med Select is built on the concept of Systemic Information Therapy (SIT), allowing it to automatically adjust therapeutic parameters in response to patient biofeedback, metabolic reactions, and stress indicators. The system provides both semi-automatic and fully automatic treatment modes and incorporates the established VDS digital vibrational database used in advanced resonance-therapy devices.

It processes endogenous, exogenous, and technical signal data, recording the patient’s own biofeedback through electrodes and using this information dynamically during therapy. Depending on the protocol, treatments can be carried out via electrodes, magnetic field probes, or with additional modules that expand and customize the therapy setup.
