We are selling a Med Select medical therapeutic device from Wegamed GmbH, complete with all accessories. The unit is in pristine condition; it has only been unboxed and tested once.
This is the latest 2025 model, purchased in December 2025.

The Med Select system works with Systemic Information Therapy (SIT), enabling the device to automatically adapt treatment strategies based on the patient’s biofeedback, metabolic activity, and individual stress patterns. It includes both semi-automatic and fully automatic programs and integrates the well-established VDS digitized vibrational data technology used in advanced diagnostic systems.

Designed for professional practice, the Med Select handles endogenous, exogenous, and technical vibrational data. Patient signals are captured via electrodes, stored, and utilized within the SIT therapeutic process. Treatment signals can be applied using electrodes or magnetic field probes, and additional external input/output modules can be connected for tailored therapeutic configurations.

Unlike older systems that rely on physical ampoules with a limited shelf life, there is no need to replace ampoules every three years. Devices such as Bicom use physical ampoules that expire and must be repurchased regularly.
