Wegamed Test Expert

In October 2025, our team acquired the Test Expert system from Wegamed. According to the manufacturer, the device is designed to evaluate up to six thousand parameters within the human body, offering a broad spectrum of diagnostic insights. When we began working with the unit, however, the installed Excel-based database revealed a slightly smaller range of entries — roughly 5,300 items available for testing.

Even with this discrepancy, the platform still appeared to offer an extensive diagnostic framework, covering thousands of biological markers, nosodes, organ preparations, and regulatory parameters that are typically used in comprehensive bioresonance assessment.

The company also included a flash drive containing a basic device manual and a short operating guide — in total around one hundred pages of rather minimal PDF documentation. This is difficult to compare with manufacturers like TimeWaver, who provide hundreds of pages of detailed compendiums even before a device is purchased. Biorezonanz3000 also offers regular training completely free of charge. And the level of support provided by BICOM in the Czech Republic — based on materials I obtained from them in 2017 — is on a completely different level. Their communication is open, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

Documentation, however, was not the only issue. During the installation call, the Wegamed manager demonstrated how to operate the measurement pen, how much pressure to apply to the acupuncture points (3–4 illuminated LEDs), and how to reach a reading of approximately 80% on the measurement scale. My partner and I spent two full days testing every possible function on each other. Altogether we performed around 2,000 measurements, yet we never succeeded in reaching the target values or identifying any measurable variation. The device displayed the same readings repeatedly, regardless of the fact that my partner suffers from severe pollen allergies and I no longer have tonsils. Testing for borreliosis was entirely impossible. The primary reason we purchased the device simply could not be fulfilled.

When we attempted to return the Test Expert for a refund, the company refused. We therefore asked whether it might be possible to exchange the unit for a therapeutic model — the Wegamed Med Select. We knew this device functioned similarly to BICOM, and that with such a system we could potentially establish a small bioresonance practice in the Czech Republic and at least generate some income. The additional payment required for the exchange was approximately €3,300.

No discount was offered for the second device. In total, our investment reached €15,700. As of November 11, 2025, we were still waiting for a shipment from Essen, Germany, to finally unpack the therapeutic device and begin working with it.

A week later, an email arrived advertising a Black Friday promotion — a 20% discount on all Wegamed devices. At that point it became entirely clear that Wegamed, together with their sales director Marc Lockman, had executed a strategically calculated commercial maneuver. He recognized that although we showed interest and repeatedly sought information, we were struggling to operate the original device — and he presented the highest possible price at the moment we were most vulnerable. Ultimately, we had no real choice but to accept it.
